Tecnomeccanica Bellucci: design, assembly and maintenance of industrial automation systems and plants

WHO WE ARE

Tecnomeccanica Bellucci is an SME that deals with design, assembly and maintenance of industrial automation plants and systems applied to food sector, in particular, to the dairy sector.

This company is the mechanical division/branch of a solid manufacturing group based in Modena that has been operating for over 90 years.

Our staff numbers around 15 people and is supported by a reliable and consolidated network of external collaborations to manage work peaks and phases of the production process not (yet) internalized such as the electrical part and automation.

The average age of the collaborators is 35 years, the climate is collaborative and good relationships represent the essential basis of working together.

WHAT DO WE DO

Our system and plants are equipped with a high degree of automation, they can be controlled remotely, and manage the collection, processing and transformation of milk in all its phases, therefore, in addition to a strong fluid dynamics component (pumps, valves, flow rates , tube lines) manage the movement of the semi-finished and finished product, the surface treatments of the product up to its storage in special warehouses that regulate themselves dynamically.

The whole production is "customized" on the needs and characteristics of customer dairy: type of processing, daily product volume, operating spaces, etc..

Production is organized by order and each project represents an Unicum that requires design and valorization work in advance.
