Automatic dosing with liter counter and control sensors to precisely spill the same quantity of whey insert into all the boilers; possibility of using the same milk dosing line.

Detailed sanitization system with washing spheres and connection at CIP which, in addition to guaranteeing maximum cleanliness even in the most complicated points, prevent the washing solutions from coming into contact with the maturing whey, even in the possibility of valves damage or deterioration of the seal.
