PARMIGIANO REGGIANO SURFACERS


Milk surfaces destined for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano are made up of one or more overlapping and open cylindrical tanks (complying with the policy of production which provides "open-air steel tanks"), but equipped with a pneumatic closure for washing automatic.

The particular "flower petal" design promotes air passage, helping to improve the surface.

The surfaces are made of very thick steel with 2B internal and external surfaces and brushed and/or ground welds; they are assembled on load cells for measuring incoming and outgoing milk and have, as required by law, a self-supporting anti-seismic structure.

They are equipped with valves, cesspools and pumps according to the needs of the system and with equipment for automatic tapping; can also be installed on existing systems.

GRANA PADANO SURFACERS


The milk surfacers intended for the production of Grana Padano are made up of several overlapping, insulated and closed cylindrical tanks.

Made of thick inox steel, they are assembled on laden cells for measuring incoming and outgoing milk. They are equipped with a pneumatic closure for automatic washing through Cleaning In Place and have a self-sustaining anti-seismic structure as required by law.

Equipped with valves, cesspool and pumps according to the needs of the system and for automatic tapping equipment.

They are equipped with a staircase or specific enslavement for easy and safe inspections.

Can also be installed on existing systems.

SURFACE BASIN / SURFACE TANKS


Built-in stainless steel with dimensions appropriate for the needs of the dairy, they are characterized by a relax on the bottom to facilitate emptying, bayonet supports, possibility of inserting level indicators.

They can be supplied with a single wall or double wall for cold circulation of water dedicated to cooling the milk.

Furthermore, with a limited investment, they can be equipped with an automatic tapping system.

AUTOMATIC OR SEMI-AUTOMATIC TAPPING


The automatic tapping system can be installed both on traditional surfacing basins and on modern surfacing machines, and is made up of: litre-counters, pumps with inverters, fat indicators and load cells under the surfacing machines or mixers.

The automatic tapping system, thanks to fat indicators, allows the flow of milk coming from the basins or tubs to be stopped as soon as the fat concentration becomes too high.

The sensors are managed via PLC and dedicated software thanks to which it is possible to save the data and obtain graphs with the trend of the fat concentration in the milk.
