POLYVALENT TANKS
Coagulation systems with internal glossy finish and external satin or glossy finish. Welding is performed with automatic TIG in accordance with the most demanding health regulations.
Available in the closed version with capacities between 1,000 liters and 10,000 litres, the possibility of installing a C.I.P. washing system, product temperature control by false bottom for the recirculation of cold water and steam, and production phases managed automatically by the software.
In the open version, smaller and needs manual washing.
DOUBLE "O" POLYVALENT TANK
Evolution of closed polyvalent tanks through the adoption of a particular double O shape which optimizes the work of the internal cutting elements, guaranteeing a higher yield of the finished product compared to the traditional model.
Built completely in steel with the possibility of having the internal wall in copper. The double "O" multi-purpose machines with direct steam injection allow an extremely fast thermal increase and make them particularly suitable for processing cheeses at high cooking temperatures and fast processing.
They can be supplied with capacities from 1,000 liters to 20,000 liters, with double drains and with C.I.P. washing.

Set up of entire processing rooms based on the available dimensions, the customer's logistical needs and the quantity of milk processed daily.
CRADLE TANK
Cradle coagulation tanks equipped with "gentle" discharge, essential for soft cheese. The tanks are horizontal semi-cylindrical in shape with a capacity between 500 liters and 6000 liters and with a sliding discharge of the curd.
Available with automatic curd cutting and shaking tools. Internal glossy finish and external glossy or satin finish. TIG welding is achieved automatically in concern with the most demanding health regulations.
