SERUM RECOVERY
The same milk dosing trolley carries a roll-up tube intended for whey from removing by false bottoms. The "proboscis" system allows the suction filter to be lowered to the bottom of the tanks to collect whey and store it.
The entire process is automated and does not require human intervention.

Spin cycle specifically designed for skimming, cleaning and titration of milk, cream and whey.
The splitter, thanks to high speed of the drum, they are also used to clean milk from impurities, cells, spores, corpuscles and small diameter solid residues.
The power source pressure occurs with a delicate flow system which allows the product to achieve the high speed (to which separation occurs) without breaking the fat globules. It is used for concentrating cream and for processing into butter.
Tecnomeccanica Bellucci is able to supply machines with flow range from 5,000 litres/hour up to 50,000 litres/hour, and also guarantees timely maintenance and fixing.
Since forever is specialized in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of Westfalia separators, in 2000 Tecnomeccanica Bellucci became a GEA Westfalia Separator dealer.
