AUTOMATIC HANDLING LINES
The automatic forming lines, necessary in medium and large productions, created according to the needs of the individual customer.
Them provide a complete solution with a severe timing reduction for the different production phases:
- Single moulding or mould blocks
- Automatic in-line turning after curd unloading into the moulds
- Trays overlap for molds block stank creation
MOULDING LINES WITH DRIP CHUTE
The molding lines with chute are used both in completely automatic and in manual systems with an operator presence.
Once realized polyvalent grab, the curd is continuously distributed to fill individual molds or mold blocks.
The curd unloading takes place through a conical trunk which stretches out and slows down the flow and it is distributed on a perforated chute specially designed by our technicians so as not to disperse the product but still create a partial drip of curd before inserting it into the mould to speed up forming times.
PORTIONERS UNLOADING DELICATE CURD
During the unloading phase of the polyvalent machine, a rotating joint is insert which allows an omega tube bundle to follow the pouring decrease automatically, thus allowing the curd not be subjected to turbulence and shaking.
Thanks to a ordinary pneumatic system, it is possible to obtain a homogeneous and delicate flow which, with an omega system or communicating vases, allows the gentle discharge of curds.
MANUAL MOULDS TANKS / WITH DISTRIBUTOR AT ACTIVATOR PNEUMATIC
Manual moulds desk on wheels, perforated mesh complete to hold crumbs and hoppers for curd entrance. Made entirely of 304 steel.
Systems for automatic mould filling. This system guarantees the elimination of manpower, the homogeneity of the result and product weight.
