RECEPTION AND STORAGE OF MILK
The receiving group allows you to receive the milk from the tankers, eliminate the air, cool it and record the quantities destined for storage.
All solutions for reception’s milk are designed and tailored for the cheese factory with:
- Stainless steel lobe sanitary pump or single screw
- Litre counter
- Stainless steel collector for distribution of milk in the surfacers
- Inlet filtration to avoid the access of impurities without damaging the molecular structure of the milk
- Connection to the Cleaning In Place System (C.I.P.) for sanitization
Depending on the specific needs of the customer, it is also possible to integrate other modules into the systems such as: panel printer, taking samples valves, manual or automatic, bag and inox filters.
The reception system is pre-assembled on an independent steel skid so as to allow quicker installation.

THERMAL TREATMENTS
We achieve systems for the thermal treatment of milk that guarantee maximum energy recovery compared to the construction cost. Application of plate heat exchanger or tube bundle based on temperatures and pressures to meet.
PASTEURIZATION
Pasteurization unit to eliminate the microbial load present in freshly milked milk, both for direct consumption and production of cheese and yogurt.
ACTIVATION
The activation of the milk destinated for Grana Padano production favors the surfacing of the cream and prepares it for better cheese-making. The system preheats milk to temperatures close to 40°C and then cools it to the surface temperature.
COOLING DOWN
The cooling system is normally made of: an icy water accumulation tank, shell and tube heat exchanger, recirculation pump, command and control temperature panels, settable according to specific needs.

MILK DOSAGE
The milk dosing system consists of a motorized trolley that slides on a rail and transports, without the operator’s intervention, the milk from the mixer to the double floors in the cooking room.
The dosing trolley automatically reaches each boiler and accurately brings the movable arm into the dosing position. A liter counter measures the quantity of milk inserted into each false bottom and transmits it to the supervisory software which records the data and historicizes it, making production control possible. The system can also forecast for the serum dosage of the entry directly in line.
The management and control software provides the system synoptic with a complete and intuitive interface that shows an immediate glance at the proper functioning of the system and allows operators to manage operations.
